With web design, I sit with the client in an initial consultation to see what their vision is and how they want to reflect their brand and information. I create and ensure a user-friendly experience. I offer website design for e-commerce (selling of products), portfolio, small business, blog, and personal websites.
With this project, I helped my client set up a short term plan with long term benefits. Organizational development focuses on improving an organization’s capability through the alignment of strategy, structure, people, rewards, metrics, and management processes. I then provided expert advice and strategic planning to help them with implementation. In 90 days, social engagement improved 150% and member participation increased 50%.
